Hajah Fauzidah Datuk Abdul Rahman graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Honours degree from the University of Malaya and boasts over 39 years of experience in the legal field. Puan Fauzidah commenced her career in 1985 as a Senior Federal Counsel within the International Advisory Division at the Attorney General Chambers (AGC). In 1994, she transitioned to the Melaka High Court, taking on the role of Deputy Registrar.
In 1996, Puan Fauzidah made the decision to leave the Malaysian Judicial & Legal Service to join Messrs. Mohd Khamil & Co as an Advocate and Solicitor. During her time at the firm, she not only provided Corporate Advisory but also engaged in meetings and negotiations related to privatization initiatives for the Johor State Government as its external legal adviser. Her expertise extended to the drafting and negotiation of various privatization matters, including the privatization of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Air Traffic Services, KL Tower, MARA Shipyard & Engineering (Terengganu) Sdn Bhd, and the development of the Islamic Arts Museum Malaysia.
In 2003, Puan Fauzidah broadened her experience in construction and project development with Yayasan Albukhary, where she was involved in significant projects such as:

- Development of Old Folks Home, Pongsu Seribu, Penang, Malaysia

- Tanjung Pura Mosque, Tanjung Pura, Medan, Indonesia
In 2009, Puan Fauzidah departed from Yayasan Albukhary to join Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB) in Johor, where she was appointed Senior Vice President (Legal). She led IIB’s Real Asset Management Department, overseeing the management and development of IIB’s 2,230 acres (9.0 km2) township known as Medini, which is Malaysia's largest single urban development to date.
Puan Fauzidah and her team played a crucial role in stakeholder management, creating an online registration system for lease development at the Johor PTG office and developing templates for use by developers in the Department of Housing, Ministry of Local Government Development.
Currently, Puan Fauzidah heads the Johor Bahru office, focusing primarily on Corporate Matters, Legal Advisory, and Civil Litigation, while also having experience in Criminal Defence Litigation.
